COPYRIGHT:
All work listed on this website is subject to New Zealand and international copyright and Intellectual Property Rights laws. This means that the jewellery shown belongs to myself until the point of sale. It also means that it is illegal to download images for other than personal use.
QUALITY: All our products are new, unless the product description states otherwise however some collected materials such as antique beads may be used in the construction of your piece of jewellery.
PRICING: Prices may change on this site from time to time and without warning.
SHIPPING:
1. I will ship to virtually any address in the world.
2. I ship most pieces within 14 days following the receipt of payment, unless specified otherwise in the item description.
3. I will use whichever postage option you feel is desirable and will obtain the cost for you before work is begun on the piece of jewellery.
4. All of the jewellery is posted using New Zealand post, the largest and most reputable New Zealand postal carrier in New Zealand. Air-mail to USA, Canada, Australia, Western Europe, the UK and Asia normally takes between 4 and 10 business days.
5. In the unlikely event that your piece of art arrives damaged or is lost, simply let me know, and I will either replace it (if a replacement is available this will take another 14 days to manufacture) or provide a refund.
6. Any import duty or taxes, which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches you, are your responsibility.
7. The shipping rates are calculated on the combined weight of the order including postage and packaging. Please note that packaging will in most cases add extra weight to that which has been quoted with the product. This additional weight will be included with the shipping rate charged. All customers can expect to be emailed with the actual shipping and packaging charges before work is begun on their piece of jewellery.
TAXES AND DUTIES: Sales made to New Zealand residents are subject to the payment of GST. This is to be added to the cost of your purchase. For purchasers from countries other than New Zealand any import duties or taxes levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country, are your responsibility. All costs incurred in changing currencies is the responsibility of the buyer and must be carried out before any money is paid to me for their jewellery item.
RETURNS: Should you receive the item and consider that it is not up to the expectations conveyed by my website, or the quality normally associated with such an item, and you wish to return the item, then the following conditions shall apply:-
1) The return must be communicated with Jewels By Renée within 7 (seven) days of receiving the item(s). Note that this offer does not continue after the 7 days have elapsed. The items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
2) Return shipping by economy post shall be organised by you. The shipping costs (freight and insurance) will be included in the total amount refunded to you. The total amount refunded to you will include the original purchase price only.  The refund will be forwarded to you when we receive the goods.

ONLINE PRODUCT COLOUR REPRESENTATION:
I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on my site. However as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor I cannot guarantee that any colour will be accurate. All pieces will be made to correspond as closely as possible to the photos on the website but may vary slightly due to the wire type and beads that you choose for your piece of jewellery.
